How will I become an ITIL Intermediate SS certified professional?

Participants can obtain the certified in ITIL SS from AXELOS by following these steps:

Step 1: Attend for the ITIL SS exam after finishing the training
Step 2: Secure 70% (28 out of 40 questions) in 90 minutes
Step 3: Participants have to earn three ITIL credits for successful completion of the exam
What are the conditions for ITIL Intermediate Service Strategy certification?
  • At least 21 hours of instruction with an recognized Training Organization.
  • ITIL Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management.
  • Fundamental IT competency and two years IT experience are highly desirable.
How frequently does the exam fee change?

Exam prices are supervised by the certification body. Price modifications are announced at the end of the calendar year. If the event that an exam price does go up and participants failed to fix the exam, they need to pay the difference in amount to 4CLearn.

How long is my voucher valid for?

Exam vouchers are applicable for six months from the issued date. Prices can be modified by the certification body. If participants failed to schedule the exam within six months from purchase of the voucher, they need to buy the voucher again at the regular price.

How will I take the exam?

Customers out of India are provided with web-based exam vouchers to schedule and Indian customers can utilize paper-based exam will be booked. Customers are suggested to fix the exam before the expiration of validity of their course.

What certification I will be receiving after training completion?
